Leah D. Shippy was the epitome of a servant leader. She was totally passionate about loving on the forgotten and the invisible. Her heart was to see everybody saved and set free. She believed that we are not our circumstances. We dedicate our annual scholarship to Leah's memory because of the example she set and the love she spread. May she never be forgotten because her labor was not in vain! Once a year, we award a deserving high school senior who has excelled in community service to the homeless a $1500 dollar scholarship in her honor.
